CEO
Georgy Petrushenko was born in 1975.
1998 — graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance with a degree in finance and credit with honours.
Worked in the financial and banking sector and also at the Federal Financial Monitoring Service.
2006-2007 — served as Director of the Financial Department and the Chief Treasurer of Roszheldor.
2007-2013 — worked at the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation as Director of the Public-Private Partnership and Concession Activities Department; Director of the Investment Policy and Public-Private Partnership Department; and Deputy Director of the Development Programmes Department.
June 2013-July 2018 — Director of the Centre for the Organization of Rapid and High-Speed Transport — a structural unit of Russian Railways.
Since 6 July 2018 — General Director of High-Speed Rail Lines.
Petrushenko holds a number of departmental awards and acknowledgements: Acknowledgment of the Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Anniversary Lapel Pin “In Memory of the 200th Anniversary of Water and Land Transport Management”, and a Certificate of Honour of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.
Petrushenko is married and has three children.
